Build it back stronger
Guided movement and rehab that turns short-term relief into lasting strength.

Physical therapy is guided, hands-on rehab — targeted movement, strengthening, and recovery work that helps your body hold the progress you make.
Great if you're recovering from an injury or surgery, working through chronic pain, or you want the relief from an adjustment to actually last instead of creeping back.
Active and encouraging. Your therapist meets you where you are and builds from there — no judgment, no rushing, just steady, doable progress.
Pairs naturally with chiropractic: alignment relieves the pressure, therapy builds the strength that keeps it from coming back.
Pick the option that fits — you'll go straight to that appointment in our booking system to choose a time. À la carte, no packages required.

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic sound waves to stimulate healing, reduce pain, and improve mobility in damaged tissues. It’s especially effective for chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, shoulder calcifications, and stubborn muscle pain. Many patients experience noticeable relief after just a few sessions, even when other therapies haven’t worked. If you're dealing with lingering pain or an injury that won’t heal, shockwave therapy may be the breakthrough your body needs.

If you've been seen by one of our physical therapists before, you're welcome to book a dry needling follow-up appointment. If you're new to our practice or haven't been seen by one of our PTs, we recommend starting with an initial visit so we can properly evaluate your needs before treatment.
